Understanding how much money it costs to outsource property management is just as important as jiving with the team that is going to mange your property. Because after all - if you don't understand the costs, how can you make an informed decision? You cannot.

Long Term Rental Management

Gross Rental Income

This is your only fee from us. We do not take 50%-100% of first months rent like other companies and we only start collecting the 8% monthly fee after the property is occupied. To be transparent, you may have other fees in preparation for renting your property. Those fees can be professional pictures, staging, repairs and renovations, and so much more. But those are expenses you control and are not expenses from us. We always recommend professional pictures and we are happy to arrange a local photographer.

Short Term Rental Management

Gross Rental Income

This is your only fee from us. We charge the cleaning and technology fee to the guest directly. To be transparent, you may have other fees in preparation for renting your property.
